So we're having a boy - Jack Ryan Tonsing and we're very excited!! We hosted a big party at our house over the weekend so our family members could see the new house and find out the sex of the baby. I baked cupcakes and filled each of them with blue icing therefore when everyone bit into them they found out at the same time...well that was the plan but you'd have to watch the video because one member started screaming before most people even unwrapped their cupcakes...to much anticipation I guess. It was so nice of everyone to come in town, especially my family that drove all the way from Kirksville (parents, brothers & grandparents) along with my Aunt Cynthia that drove in from Kansas City! Terry and I truly appreciate the love and support from both of our families. Everyone is super excited over this baby especially my grandparents because they are thrilled to have a great-grand baby!
Terry and I spent yesterday afternoon at Babies R Us registering because people keep asking what we need...my answer to that is "everything" and to top it off I feel as though we need a million dollars just to bring this child home. I can't believe how much stuff one person needs! Therefore if you look at the registry and think we're being greedy please remember this is our first baby and neither of us has a clue :)
