Happy Birthday Sweet Boy

One year ago at this very minute I was in labor...and at 11:15 PM I gave birth to the most beautiful, perfect and  amazing baby boy.  It was the start of the most eventful wonderful year of my life.  I LOVE YOU more than life itself Jack and I'm so very proud and honored to be your Mama!

We celebrated Jack's birthday on Saturday with lots of family and friends including my wonderful grandparents that flew in all the way from Texas to spend Jack's birthday weekend with us.  And I have lots of pictures to post but first I really want to share what we did today on his actual birthday.

Jack got his first haircut.

Things got better once she turned on Mickey Mouse Clubhouse for him to watch

(they have TVs set up in front of the chairs with lots of DVDs to choose from)

"Hey I'm trying to watch Mickey here!"

Daddy let Jack play with his phone towards the end because he got a little impatient once the stylist started using the clippers along his neck.

Jack's favorite part was the sucker :)

It was his first sucker and he didn't want to let go of it for anything!
